Grab a group of your mates and train together! Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, improve your flexibility, or train at a whole new level, our private group sessions are for you!
Private Group training sessions are available everyday at varying times. Priate Group Fitness begin as early as 6AM in the morning and are offered throughout the day and after work.
You’ll enjoy the variety of programming, the energy of the group and the social atmosphere. You have total flexibility and lots of choices - just ask yourself how much time you want to invest in your health and fitness and which types of programs you enjoy best.
