Do I have to be a member of The Basement Gym to join the 10 Week Challenge?
No, you do need to be a current member of The Basement Gym to do the 10 Week Challenge, anyone is welcome - although you may like to make use of our services in our gym to optimism your results!
When does the 10 Week Challenge program start and finish?
The 10 Week Challenge starts Monday, 20th August and finishes Saturday, 27th October 2018. Unfortunately as this is a set program, we will not be able to accept any late sign ups after 20th August.
How do I join the 10 Week Challenge and how much does it cost?
To join the 10 Week Challenge, Basement Members simply complete the registration form online with a weekly deduction of $22.50 or a one-off upfront payment of $225 (paid via cash, credit or debit card through our Ezi Debit system). Non Basement Members pay a weekly fee of $32.50 or a one-off upfront payment of $325.
When do I receive my Pace-Urself App and challenge pack?
All challengers must attend the Conquer Launch evening at The Basement Gym on the 20th August to receive your 10 Week Challenge challenge pack which will include information on how to access your Pace-Urself App.
I am already a member, do I need to sign up for membership again to join the 10 Week Challenge?
No, all you need to do to sign up to the 10 Week Challenge.
If I decide to sign up as a new member, will it expire at the end of the challenge?
Your membership will expire at the end of your agreed contract term. If you request to only sign up for the 10 week period you will be required to sign up for Indoor/Outdoor Membership at $36/week which will expire at the end of the challenge.
How do I become eligible for the major prize?
To be eligible, the major prize winner of the 10 Week Challenge will need to participate both in-club and online activities. Top 3 challengers will be selected by our Head Coaches and the winner will be voted for and selected by our staff.

Will the nutrition and exercise plans suit me?
Absolutely! The 10 Week Challenge is recommended for all – regardless of your fitness level. The challenge has specifically been designed to help women and men transform into the best version of themselves. This challenge is for anyone wanting to change their mind, body and nutrition.
How many times do I need to exercise per week?
For best results, we suggest to exercise a minimum of five days per week, with one to two rest days. Our coaches will discuss planning your workout week in the online forum and will break this down more for you in our exclusive sessions.
Can I get a refund for the 10 Week Challenge?
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. If however, there are extenuating circumstances or medical reasons that prevent you from undertaking the program, we will consider a one-off cancellation. Please contact us in writing regarding this by submitting a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. We assess each cancellation and refund on a case by case basis. If a cancellation is granted, you will no longer have access to the challenge.
