
Women celebrities are the constant focus of camera buffs. If they are five pounds overweight the world will know about it, twenty pounds overweight and they are the constant butt of comedian jokes.
I did some online research to see if I could discover a favorite weight loss workout women celebrities use. Nothing detailed turned up.
Dangerous Up and Down Weight Loss
What I did notice was that a lot of celebrity women weight bounces up and down every six months or so. This is NOT a healthy way to go through life.
Packing on thirty extra pounds today and losing it tomorrow is a sure sign that you can’t control your eating habits. I don’t care what your name is.
The point I’m trying to make is don’t admire celebrities that suddenly lose a ton of weight on “X” diet but gain it all back within six months. Admire the women celebs that maintain a consistent fitness level that is obviously the result of a lifestyle approach that prevents them from experiencing unhealthy extremes.
I couldn’t find a complete weight loss workout women celebrities use but I did find bits and pieces of exercises that some of them do.
Jessica Simpson
Jessica Simpson uses a fitness ball for wall squats.
Just take a fitness ball and place it between you and the wall, then start lowering your body as though you were about to sit on a chair and rise up again. Maintain a constant pressure on the ball with your back as you do so.
This exercise tones Jessica’s legs and glutes and is considered one of the best overall exercises that you can do.
Claire Danes
Claire Danes likes to lift heavy weights during her high intensity workouts.
Even though Claire likes to lift weights she hasn’t developed large muscles which is a fear most women have and one which prevents them from choosing to lift weights.

Okay, weight loss workout women celebrities do is nothing earth-shattering. The celebrities that appear to be the most successful eat a healthy diet and incorporate some measure of cardio and weight training into their workout regimen.
