About

Hello and welcome to The Basement Gym “About” page.

My Objective…
I’ve been researching and writing about weight loss and fitness for several years. In that time I’ve discovered what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to fat loss.
Feel free to browse the links on this site for more information about fitness, nutrition and weight loss. I frequently add video instructions on how to exercise properly to help you get fit and lose weight faster.
If you have questions about fitness or setting up a home gum please use my Contact Form. I do my best to return all emails within 24 hours.
Thanks for reading my About page.
